Pascal, My Martin came in at 660kg with 4 speed box and ali bellhousing, Capri rear axle & spare wheel.
I know everything is possible but 600kg is very light for a Martin, it all depends on your budjet.

Some guy tought that ali panels where a bit flimsy so he replaced them with SS on a Rush, the result = nearly 800kg

Pascal71, The spare wheel is about 13kg, windscreen +/- 8kg & all the rest is not that much gain in weight.
Unlike a Cat. the flared wings are really heavy on a Martin.
Be happy if you see 650kg with all parts remouved. If you want to go further it will cost you more & more to get the weight down, but hey the sky is the limit.

BTW i am not so sure if its money well spend since you are still 100kg's up to a Cat
to me the best thing is to make it how you want it to look and forget about the weight.

I rebuild slowly the car and everything is thing for lighter.
