Knowledge has nothing to do with age but all about once's tudor and the ability to learn.
Of coarse if the tudor is an old fart he will keep thing for his own just to be ahead of you, but i agree that if you are self tuding than this will take time.

The only correct aproach is the one that you realise that everyday you will learn something new and good is not good enough.
