Huile pour boite de vitesse ?

I use OLIVE OIL, but hé i know i am different.

Since the Ford red g.box oil is no longer available you can use really what u want.

I use EP90in an ali. case SS CR box, with this you have to be a bit more carefully in rushing the shifts at cold but otherwise there is no prob.

It all depends what u want to use the seven for.
For circiut i would use synt oil or ATF oil
For the occasional track day semi synt. is fine or even 75/80 EP
For pottering arround 75/80EP is more than up to the job
