Fanch, it is most likely that your pads are glazed now ( they look very shiny and smooth ) , what you do is take some emery clot put it on a FLAT surface and rub the glaze of the pad.

I do indeed do not agree with JMB, since the Seven is such a light car the disadvantage of losing that little bit of cold braking is not worth to mention and certanely not worth the hasle IMHO
